∙ 11y agoThat's not a cut and dry question, but benign cancers occur all the time in the body, so those are the least worst. When it comes to malignant cancers, it is least worst when it hasn't metastasized and the cancerous part can be removed. This happens with some skin cancers and breast cancer sometimes. If caught early and the body part isn't vital (heart, brain, ect.) it can be removed before it metastasized, unfortunately early detection doesn't happen all to often.
After it's metastasized, you've got chemo-therapy and other treatments that don't have guaranteed success, so at that point it's rather bad.
