Urethane is a polymer that's used to make many things, including paint, glue and gaskets.

Beside the chemisty involved, probably the most important difference to you is that oil based paints require a solvent such as mineral spirits (paint thinner) for clean up while acrylic paints only require water. Generally, an acrylic or latex water based paint is going to be easier for you to work with.
never urathane is the stuff
Yes, car wax is also suitible for gelcoat or urathane paint on boats.
Poly urathane comes as a spray or a brush on product. Both should be applied in a well-ventilated area, such as outside. Spray products should be held an even distance from the object and moved from side to side so that the coat is even. The brush on products should be applied by brushing from one side to the other, avoiding any air bubbles. After thoroughly dry, the first coat can be lightly sanded and a second coat applied.
Get some paper wrap it around the wheel take the paper off tape it closed then fill it with urathane then drill the small hole and the big hole and ur done
Yes, a quality acrylic clear, available in a pressure pack, will last for a few years. A 2 part urathane from a spraygun will last even longer.
Yes. If you want a good finish that will last, the gelcoat must be well sanded with 240 grit paper, primed with an epoxy undercoat and topcoated in 2-pack urathane gloss.

skateboards dont have plastic wheels there a rubber called urathane and cars dont have metal or plastic and its for riding faster and smoother and a car has big rubber ones so it can ride over large things like children
Urathane. u van find it at the dealer or parts supplier...very messy though.ANS 2 - I would use 100 % silicone, and wipe off any excess immediately so it doesn't ooze all over the paintwork.
It is most likely the shift cable bushings. The dealership only sells the cable assembly which is a little over $200. You can by stiffer, more durable urathane bushings for around $20 from JcWhitney. They are really easy to install.
who-people that work for the companies. how-they take wood trim it too the right size and thickness. then they take and trim metals and add those to the skateboard deck. next they get rubben and plastic and combine the two to get your urathane wheels. then lastly they take metal and create your berings customly from a range of ABEC1-7.
take all your motor mounts off and trans mount, buy about 4 large tubes of black silicone adhesive and fill the empty spaces on the mounts when their dry they will be as strong as urathane... cost under $20 bucks. I did this to my crx when I swaped my motor from 1.5 to a 1.6 because the mount were very weak....
