Actually, discharge can be white, clear, or yellow, and when it dries it usually is dusty. You can buy pantie liner to soak this up, or you can just wash and change daily. Vaginal discharge does have a very slight odor like period blood, but nothing that anybody else would ever notice. Discharge will be quite heavy just before you get your period, so it is a good idea to have some liners or pads with you.
