What is a bond that sells at the stated rate considered to have sold for?

The bond that sells at the stated rate is considered to have sold at par value.

What is volume sampling rate?

Sampling rate is a very complex thing to understand. Sampling rate does not have a specific volume, but it mainly depends on what was recorded or how it was recorded. Also what sampling rate was used may even be involved. A digital recording is governed by two things, the sample rate and the bit depth. A sound wave is determined by two things also, the frequency of the signal and it's amplitude (How loud it is at that instant per wave). To convert from a sound wave to a digital format we have to examine the current frequency and amplitude and convert these analogue values to digital ones. The rate at which we do this is called the sample rate. At the same instant we sample the volume which is stored in a value called the bit depth. The bit depth relates to a binary value of which for instance 16 bit represents a value in decimal from 0 - 32765. Obviously the bigger the bit depth the larger the value number can be stored & therefore the higher resolution of the amplitude waveform is available.

What were characteristics of western migration in the 1840s to 1850s?

Immigration was relatively small until the 1840s when it rose substantially. The volume passed 200,000 for the first time in 1847 and the period between 1847 and 1854 saw the highest rate of immigration in U.S. history.

Is the ampere a unit of quantity or a unit of rate?

The ampereOnce upon a time, the coulomb was defined as the fundamental unit of charge, and the ampere was a derived unit proportional to charge (in coulombs) and inversely proportional to time (in seconds). More specifically, one ampere is equal to a charge transfer rate of one coulomb per second. So, it is a rate -- a charge-transfer rate. Nowadays, the ampere is considered the fundamental unit, and the coulomb is the derived unit. In other words, the coulomb is the amount of charge delivered in one second by a current of one ampere.AnswerThe coulomb has never ever been considered a Base Unit in either the SI or earlier metric systems. The ampere has always been considered a Base Unit. Prior to 1948, the ampere was defined in terms of its chemical effect; after 1948 it was defined in terms of its magnetic effect -i.e. in terms of the force between two, parallel, current-carrying conductors. So, the ampere has never been defined as an unit of rate. On the contrary, the coulomb is a Derived Unit, based on the ampere and the second.
