Welfare refers to a broad discourse which may hold certain implications regarding the provision of a minimal level of wellbeing and social support for all citizens without the stigma of charity. This is termed "social solidarity". In most developed countries, welfare is largely provided by the government, in addition to charities, informal social groups, religious groups, and inter-governmental organizations. In the end, this term replaces "charity" as it was known for thousands of years, being the act of providing for those who temporarily or permanently could not provide for themselves.

Franco phones can have french speaking anywhere in canada, that are publicly funded. They also have the right to practice their religion, which is usually roman cathlic. They get their own schools while all the kids that dont speak french are cramded in wellfair public schools with 27 classmates. while in the francophone schools they have probably 16 stundents and they usually each have a laptop.

in america. it is the best place to go and if you have lots of money you can buy stuff. the animal shelter is an animal wellfair and its good for animals to go there so that they dont starve to death and they can get water and somewear to sleep.AnswerIt really all depends on Where you are Located in the State... NJ has a number of different shelters and Organizations { there is usually a shelter or organization for every town} all throughout the state... I would suggest going to Petfinder.Org this website will be able to direct you to a shelter in your area.. *Depends if you are leaving an animal or going to one to adopt or wanting to donate. I think there are sites for American shelters and charities that list dubious shelters who use very little of their funds raised for the animals and also, shelters that have the worst record for putting down animals brought to them. Can't remember where I stumbled across them - but very disturbing and very worth looking into...
It undermines small family run business in city centre's and cause them to get less business because people are shopping in malls. This causes them to close and that family can no longer surport themselves which causes them to get bennifits and makes us the tax payers pay more in taxes. So if we spend that extra bit of money and effort going into town centres we could save peoples wellfair and our money.
