I have a 2010 mitsubishi galant i have to push the gas to start the car what's wrong
No, the car will not start.
Does it turn over?It it getting fuel and spark?
To deactivate the alarm system on a Mitsubishi Galant 1999, place the key into the ignition and turn it slightly. Leave the key in this position for 10 minutes and then start the car.
Maby because it dosent have any gas in it, or because the battery is dead.
Haha, I was just struggling with this in my Mitsubishi Galant... If it's like mine you just have to *hold* the minutes or hours button and it will start progressing.Hope this'll help!
auto zone sell remote starter ,not neccessarlly expensive but works really good.
The computer in the car will not hold memory, the windshield washer only work on one speed, bright light will not work, I have to put the radio code in every-time I start the car. 2001 Mitsubishi Galant.
Start at 1 1/2 turns from seat and adjust for best idle
Check your ignition module. When it gets warm or hot it loses spark if its faulty.
check the engine fuse it might be blown,or timing belt it might be wornout I had this problem happen twice to me, where it died on the road and I had to pull over and it would not start. This was a 1994 Mitsubishi Galant. The mechanic replaced what I think is the internal distributor, it was some electronic black box literally, and after that it was fine. I guess they burn out every 7 to 10 years.
its the starter it happened to me too i replaced and now its fine
You have a bad ignition relay switch. I had the same issue with a Mitsubishi galant.
Start with four quarts and add oil checking every 1/2 quart or so. I believe it will be between 4 1/2 and 5 quarts.
Most likely bad plugs or firing order isn't right, i would start by checking the order you got the plugs and if that's not it check the plug wires.
2002 Mitsubishi Galant headlight bulb replacement: Purchase the correct replacement headlight bulb(s) first, before disassembling the vehicle. See sources and related links below for replacement bulb information. Then consult your owner's manual for the headlight bulb replacement procedure. As simple as it sounds, the owner's manual is the best place to start for bulb replacement instructions and illustrations. You may want to consider replacing both left and right at the same time in order to keep brightness and color equal (optional).

I wouldn't even try to start up the car, but take it to tech rigth away. Otherwise your cost will be a valve stuck in a pistons and you'll need a new engine.
What?! Until full! Start the vhicle, run for 10 inutes to enable the thermostat to open and the coolant to flow. Add the proper mix of coolant to fill the radiator to the bottom of the neck. The system will be sufficienty full
4.5-to 5,just start with 4,and check the dipstick, add a half a quart at a time, till its full. you do not need to start or run the engine to get an accurate reading, that is a myth. I managed an oil change shop for 3yrs. nikknowledge!
Hi, I think you should check your car alternator and starter. It is common problems
The best place to start looking would be the Chilton's repair manual. It contains a complete wiring diagram for the entire car. It has all the stuff Mitsubishi doesn't want you to know about. Your closest autoparts store should have them in stock for about $20.00. It's good to have one anyway.
usualy if the alternator is not defective then its the battery. you should start by cleaning the battery post. then you could check the terminal wire that runs from the battery post to the alternator. if thats not it you should check the ground on the alternator.
i got a 1992 Mitsubishi 2.4 eng truck. wont start and no no live wires
I had this problem last year. Turned out my air intake host where it connects to the air filter box was loose. I don't know how it became loose but after I tighten it, the problem went away.
