No...That sensor is a pressure sensor.(located next to the condensor) It will not let the compressor run if the pressure is to low or to high,so the compressor wont be damaged. If it is unplugged the compressor wont come on at all.
Check your brake power booster
More info needed, is there fuel? Pressure? Is there spark?...
If you have bleed the system and If it will not go into gear with the engine running, the clutch pressure plate may have failed.
possibly a vacuum leak, low fuel pressure, or the idle air control has failed,
Do a fuel pressure check. I had the same problem and it was my fuel pump.
Look at your ac compresser, there will be two different size hoses on it. the large line is the high pressure , the small hose is the low. If your trying to ad freon, your hose from the can will only fit the small line fitting, it wont allow you to access to high pressure side. The fittings will usually have a small black cover on them, just unscrew it and your fill hose will connect to it. You can only fill from the low side, the fill hose wont fit the high side fitting
If your car has the check engine on it could be your fuel pressure regulator located on your fuel rail..
brake master cilinder might be gone
Sometimes when the gas cap goes bad it will cause pressure in the tank, also you need a little bit of pressure in the tank,or the car wont run correctly, like if you leave the gas cap off after filling up with gas.
it wont jump as soon as pressure is added to it
it is broken
