The pressure tank is not turning on and off,the pump is. There should be an air fitting on the tank so you can add more air to act as a 'spring' to extend time between pump runs. If you don't know how to add the air. ask someone or hire a handyman.

There is not a specific trick that turns water to ice in 5 seconds. The temperature around the water and ice is what determines how fast the water will freeze.

How does a pre-pressurized tank work?

The air pressure surrounding the bladder forces the water out . When pressure decreases to a fixed point, the pump turns on and raises the amount of water and pressure.

At what temperature does a liquid turn into gas?

the point at which a liquid turns into a gas depends on the atmospheric pressure and the liquid water turns to gas at 100 degrees C at 1atm of pressure

The smaller the pipe and the more turns, the more resistance to the flow of water.

How do you use a water pressure pump?

There are many different ways to use a 'water pressure pump' . Any water pump will build up pressure, this is the basic principle of well pumps, and similar. Most are 'used' by a pressure switch which turns the pump on when pressure decreases to a certain point.

How water turns into vapor at normal temp?

A large DECREASE in the surface pressure will result in water turning to water vapor at room temperature.
