Do you mean small raised bumps on the shaft of your penis, similar to thoe small raised bumps on the skin of your scrotum? If that is what you mean then might be hair follicles, even though on the penis you generally don't find any hairs growing from them. The nearer they are to the scrotum (and on the skin of the scrotum itself) the more likely it is to find a hair growing from each small bump. There is also a very common, possibly genetic condition, in which small raised bumps called Fordyce's Spots, appear on the skin of the penis, usually during puberty. Once they appear they are generally theer for the rst of your life. Approximately 50 to 90% of men have some Fordyce's spots, some having only a few, others having many. They are completely harmless and do not require any treatment. I guess you could consider them in the same way you would consider freckles, some people have them, some don't, Of those who have them some have more than others. You can't catch them but if you do have them they generally don't go away. They don't do anything and basically you can just ignore them.
