What physical and mechanical condition is it in? That determines the value.
Daisy made 2 loading systems for this rifle. Gravity fed and spring fed. Unscrew the barrel insert from the end of the barrel. Pull it out and you will find a tube attached to the insert. Load the BB's into the tube and carefully replace the insert. The model 25 loads exactly the same way.

The model 99 Target Special was made in two variations. In 1959 it was gravity fed, the second variation was spring fed made between 1960-79. Please state the condition of the pistol. I need to know if it is in Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good, or Excellent condition and is it still working? Re-post your question with this information and I will post an estimate of value.

No, Lake Harrington in Illinois is not a spring fed lake. It is actually a man made lake, and it has been around for quite some time. At the deepest point, this lake reaches about 47 feet deep.
