she needs loads of calcium as the puppys are taking all of hers.
I feed my pups Blue. That is the best kind.
Protein filled food is recommended
human waste
As long as the pups have teeth they can start on puppy food
Never feed dogs people food and never raw meat
Ceasers is a good food for they kind if dogs with good protein and strength for growing there bones but it has a lot of salt so feed them it a couple of time a week (2 or 3) and try feeding them a different kind of food the other days and try chicken as it has protein and helps the bones develop for yours pups Every morning give them chicken and for there dinner feed them Ceasers and another kind
I would highly recommend a good brand name of dry Puppy food, no raw meats or stuff like that, might cause diarrhea. Feed a good puppy food and they should not have problems such as diarrhea and the diet will be well balanced for the pups. Please do not feed some cheap generic dog food. You can thrown in some raw veggies such as baby carrots, etc. but not too much. These are growing pups that have sensitive tummies. Don't forget their vaccinations and dewormings plus get them on a monthly Heartworm preventative. Talk to your Veterinarian about this.
Their mothers will feed them if they are very young. But the mother needs food, water and exercise.
try to bottle feed her pups
moms feed milk to their baby pups
Sometimes the mother dog may not have enough teets to feed her large brood of pups, or, if she refuses to feed the pups she may not be well and a vet should have a look at her. She may have an infection or another problem. There are some female dogs who do not make good mothers and simply refuse to feed their pups. Either the owner has to bottle feed the pups or, if a breeder get another female to feed the pups. The worst breed I've seen recently is some Doberman females who will, for unknown reasons eat her healthy pups. Sometimes females will eat a pup when it is first born if there is something wrong with it, but the Doberman females are different.
This is a family project so contact your vet and get a 'puppy formula' and you will have to hand feed the pups. The vet will give you not only the proper formula but how often the pups must be feed.
