Very carefully
Open the rear door hatch. there are 2 or 3 Philip screws on top of the brake light housing. remove them , pull housing from the frame of the truck. change bad light bulb, reinstall everthing you just took out and your done.

If I recall correctly. It should be a peanut light bulb. And if it is a peanut bulb they just pull straight out.
fold the mirror back and you will see a screw to remove it is a torx type screw on my Expy
There is no separate fuse on that light. It's probably the bulb.
