You are probably talking about Osgood Schlatters disease. A disease that occurs when your bone grows fater than your muscle ( pain is felt at the top of the shin bone ). It could also be SLJS, which is almost identical to OSD in every way except the pain is felt at the bery bottom point of the knee kap rather than the top of the shin bone.Sinding Larsen Johanson Syndrome.
