I have been to Italy myself and instead of Roast Chicken *yum yum* :) ;) they eat either jellied eel or plain eel also instead of roast potatoes they eat pig eyeballs *yuck* :( ;( but know they eat fish and fish eyeballs instead of eel.
Sorry if that disgusts you but its the truth of the world.
