Your D100 came with a 8 1/4 axle
The dodge D100,150,200,250,300,350 are all medium/heavy duty trucks which were produced as 2wd trucks, the power wagon badge was placed on those d100-350 trucks which came with 4x4 or full time 4x4.
The engine depends on what year of truck you are talking about but as far as the 60's and 70's go. The Dodge D100 came with a 170 cubic inch slant 6, the more popular 225 cubic inch slant 6, and from there it jumped to a v8 the 318, 360 or 361 depending on the year and from there it went to a big block 383 optional.

Honestly I have a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 that came stock with 16 inch tires, I have now put 20 inch rims and tires on my Dodge that came off of the 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 with no problems as far as mounting them. The only issue is if you turn too tightly it will rub slightly on the frame but just make sure not to turn too tightly!Hope this helps!
The frame should of came with a title when you got the frame
The dodge charger came out in 1966.
