Definition of bullying: Bullying is emotional or physical behaviour of someone who is insecure or bullied themselves. Therefor they intimate someone who is smaller or quieter than themselves.

How to stop bullying? Firstly people need to know that bullies are not as strong as they appear. To stop bullying you must act appropriately when you or someone else is being bullied.

  • Tell an adult (parent, teacher)
  • Build up the courage to speak out (Don't worry about what other people might think)

Standing up for yourself or others shows courage and bravery, others will admire that.

Here is some tips:

"Stop!"

"That is not nice!"

" Please consider my/people's feelings!"

Sometimes expressing your feelings is the best way. EG. tell them how you feel, why you feel that way (explain what they did) and lastly politely give them tips on how to avoid hurting your feelings next time.

To get you started:

A girl feels lonely and sad because no one includes her.

"I feel guilty but sad, I don't know what i did. Why won't anyone let me sit with them? Please include me, I'm sorry!"
