Use a decent quality 10W-30. If you live in a very cold climate, use a 5W-30 in the winter. At 78K, the engine is barely broken in (mine has close to 200K and runs fine)

To remove a 1998 Nissan Sentra Transmission, you first need to locate all of the bolts. From there, you will remove the bolts. Undo any wiring or tubing that goes into the transmission. From there, it can be taken out.

The 1998 Nissan Sentra has a timing chain. It never needs changing as long as the oil is changed in a reasonable amount of time.
