Zephyrhills ...Spring Water...not Distilled, not Drinking...simply Spring Water.

Zephyrhills Spring Water! That's all I used for my 3 Betta fish...they lived for quite some time happily blowing bubble nests and more little bubbles around the edge of their bowls. DeerPark Water I believe is the same exact thing although may be less expensive; if you go to each website it will look the same.

My mother decided to no longer buy bottled water for her Betta fish, so she started adding TetraAqua BettaSafe to faucet water and cleans the 2 gallon bowl once a week, feeds him his Betta pellet food and also frozen brine shrimp. Her last Betta lived 5 years!

Yes they can live in bottled water but not tap water unless you treat it with dechlorination drops.

Some people do not believe it but the best water to use in your betta fish tank is tap water. Bottled and distilled water has been "purified" and does not have the minerals that your Betta fish needs. If your tap water is so bad that you do not even drink it, than use spring water.

Betta fish - Siamese fighter fish are not salt waters fish. But there is another breed of Betta which is called a marine betta and they are salt water fish.

You can use bottled water but you have to use dechlorinating drops usually carried in the pet isles of walmart or in pet stores

If you sell their bottled blood, its okay, but other ways, no.

A betta fish should not be in water colder than 72F

Water conditioner is for removing chlorine from tap water to make it safe for fish to live in because chlorine will kill fish. Bottled spring water does not have chlorine so why on earth would you consider using a chlorine remover? If it ain't there, you can't fix it hey?

No, Betta fish like clean, but not sterile water like all fish.

of course you do you need the fish to have WATER because every fish in the world needs water so the betta fish needs it to,to live so the betta fish does need a FILTER

Betta fish are fresh water fish. Most tropical fish are saltwater fish. Betta fish also only get along with a few fish.

you should put your betta fish in warm or room temp. water. it might be risky to put your betta in cold water!!!!

The best water to keep your betta fish in is water from the tap that has been treated with a dechlorinatior. This removes harmful chemicals from the water but leaves behind all the minerals that betta fish need.

Any bigger fish, more aggressive fish, no water

Betta fish live in water that is 20 or 22 degree C.I know so because I have my own Betta fish.

Betta fish was first found in the rivers of Thailand. They are basically river water fish.......

The type of water you use in your fish bowl depends on the type of fish you plan to put in the bowl. You can use tap water, soft water and bottled water in a fish tank.

No,the betts fish will DIE

A clown fish is a saltwater fish, and a betta is a fresh water fish. I would not put them together.

Betta fish to not hibernate. If you fish is acting lethargic, make sure that the water is not too cold (78 to 80F is best), and that the water is clean.

Fresh water. === ===Yes they are freshwater fish.

A betta fish needs fresh water, and needs half of it changed once every 7 days.

A 20 - 25 percent water change every week is recommended for a betta. I use a product called "Betta Plus Conditioner" as an additive to provide great water for the fish to swim in.

Your betta fish probably lives in a bad water condition or some fish is biting your betta fish's fins.If the water is in bad conditions you should probably clean it and talk to a manager in a pet store about betta fishtail rotting or search it up on google ( search betta fish tail rotting and go to images.)

Betta fish can simply rest at the surface of the water or they may rest on leaves of plants.

Yes a betta fish will grow back lost scales with time and clean water.
