for winter use 5w30 for summer stay with either 5w30 or 10w30 for high-mileage id use a 10w30 high mileage oil DONT ADD TREATMENT ITS ALL HYPE!!!!!!!! for preformance id go either with syntec oil 5w30 or royal purple oil

According to wikipedia the 85-90 Chevrolet Camaro and 85-89 Pontiac Firebird were the only ones.
It takes a regular 80/90 fluid, you can go to any car place and get some or to a dealer, autozone will also have it.
All cars & trucks made in 1994 and after have to use R134 (federal regulations). 1993 & earlier use R12.
What kind of Pontiac? Bonneville, Grand Am, Grand Prix, Firebird, Sunbird, Sunfire, Parisenne, etc? You probably have a bad latch, replace it I just ran across this on my car and all I had to do was check latch alignment and align the latch
