One of the cyanide variants -- believe it's potassium cyanide, but it only occurs in the germ inside the hard seed coating, called "almond of apricot", so you'd have to break the hard shell to get at it. The flesh of the apricot doesn't contain toxins, althouhg -- moderation in all things.
