What kind of weapons did Middle Easterners use from 600 CE to 1500 CE?

There were five general types of weaponry used in the Middle East during this period: Melee, Ranged, Artillery, Siege, and Naval.
Melee: Swords, Scimitars, Lances, Spears, Maces, Axes, Knives, Stilettos, Dirks, Daggers, Puñals, Pole-Arms, Flails, Whips, and several others.
Ranged: Bows & Arrows (including simple, recursive, and long bows), Slings, Crossbows, Javelins, Throwing Knives, Arquebus (and other primitive muskets), and several others.
Artilery: Catapults, Trebuchets, Primitive Canons
Siege: Battering Rams, Siege Towers
Naval: Greek Fire
