What kinds of food do people in Chile eat?

They eat bread, lots of it, meat and many processed sweets. They have many typical dishes, cazuela, pastel de choclo, empanadas de carne o mariscos, etc. There are many Chinese food restaurants here, but it's not a daily meal. They often have "asados" (BBQs), which include chorripan (bread with a type of sausage), meat, bread y "ensaldas chilenas" (chilean salad: tomatoes and onions and sometimes cilantro).
