All Paul's writings were in the Greek language, and in his missionary activities in Asia Minor and Greece he would have spoken Greek. Not all Jews of the Diaspora knew either Hebrew or Aramaic, but as a well-educated man Paul is likely to have known at least one, and probably both languages. His visits to Jerusalem tend to confirm that he could speak Aramaic. Although the Epistle to the Romans appearsto have been written in Greek, his plan to travel there suggests he knew at least some Latin, which he would also have needed in his (probable) later trip to Spain.
There is no specific evidence either way. My opinion is that he could have, since he was a scholarly and learned individual, but we cannot know for sure. It would seem likely that he would have certainly learned it while in Rome, to facilitate his witness there. Given his desire to be all things to all men, in order to win them to Christ, it would seem likely that he would have made the effort
Thirteen epistles have been attributed to Paul, although New Testament scholars say that only seven of these are genuine. They were all written in the Greek language.

A:Thirteen epistles are traditionally attributed to St. Paul. The consensus of scholars is that he actually wrote 7 of these: Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Philemon, Galatians, Philippians and 1 Thessalonians. He did not write 6 letters attributed to him: Ephesians, Colossians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy and Titus, which are termed the pseudo-Pauline epistles, as they were written in Paul's name.
