In opera, all vocalization is sung -- per se, then, it is not labeled as 'dialog'.All operas are written in a language and depending on where they are performed, the opera company/ house may translate the libretto -- the text being sung -- into a language that the audience in that geography may better understand.
Jules Massenet was a composer, not a singer. His best known opera is Thais.
Carmen is traditionally sung in French. There is also an English version performed by the English National Opera.
Madama Butterfly is an opera by Giacomo Puccini, set in Japan and sung in Italian. It is the story of a Japanese Geisha who marries an American Naval officer.

Possibly, nowhere. It used to be the practice in many European countries to translate operas into their language, but that has been falling out of favor. If La Boheme is sung anywhere in French it will be at a French opera company, but you would have to research to find out which one.
