The Ancient Hebrew Bible was written primarily in Hebrew, an ancient Semitic language. A few chapters were also written in Aramaic, a local Semitic dialect, such as parts of the Book of Daniel.

Answer:

Depends when you want to start counting dates, and whether you go back to the original languages or only consider the "present" translations.

The Old Testament is a Jewish document written in Aramaic or Hebrew. The New Testament was written in Aramaic, Greek and other local languages. Translations were done into Greek or Latin. Latin was translated into modern languages (French, English, others)

The front of Gideon's Bibles often highlight the number of languages they have translated the material into. Estimates are that parts of The Bible have been translated into 2,400 of the 6,900 languages of the world, including or than 600 African languages, 590 in Asia, 420 in Oceania, 420 in Latin America and the Caribbean, 210 in Europe, and 75 in North America.

There is even a project putting the Bible into Klingon:

yItIv Daq joH'a', SoH QaQtaHghach! naD ghaH fitting vaD the upright.
Rejoice in the LORD, you righteous! Praise is fitting for the upright.

The Hebrew Bible was written in Hebrew. That is why it is called "the Hebrew Bible."

Aramaic accounts for only about 250 verses out of over 23,000. Biblical Aramaic is closely related to Hebrew, as both are in the Northwest Semitic language family, and many Aramaic words are the same or similar to Hebrew.
