Which legendary Pokemon can you catch in Pokemon emerald?

that's not all ^.^ on ruby you can get latios and on sapphire,latias.you only see them once tho,and they flee when they get the chance,so save your masterball.i saw mine near the berry masters house.you should know about latios/latias before you catch groudon/kyogre cause the ppl in pacifidlog say they saw a flying blue/red Pokemon.

You can get othe Pokemon but you need to trade and for most of them you need to have the natinal pokedex witch you can only get when you beat the elite four. You get the pokedex of professer birch.

The game is basically dull: no legendary Pokemon for a while. However, after you get the eight badges, you can surf on route 131 to sky pillar. You will need repels and a mach bike. When you get to the top of sky pillar, Rayquaza is there. He is level 70. DO NOT use your masterball. You will need this later. You should catch Rayquaza with an ultra ball. It will be helpful to beat the level 50-60- Pokemon in the elite four. After you have beaten the elite four, it starts you at your house. You walk down the stairs. Your mom tells you to watch the TV. The TV says, "There is a bzztcolored Pokemon flying around." Your mom asked you what color it was. It gives you a choice of red or blue. Depending on what you picked, you will randomly find Latias (red) or Latios (blue). This is where you should use your masterball because it is rare and can run away like the wild dogs in firered/ leafgreen. If you go to the weather institute, the scientist will tell you that there is a drought or heavy rainfall in a route. Depending on what he says, you can find Kyogre or Groudon on that route. These Pokemon are level 70 so be careful. If you want the three Regis, you can find them easily. First, you need to catch a Wailord and a Relicanth. You need to have Wailord first in your party and then Relicanth last in your party. Surf to the left of Pacifidlog city and find the middle of the currents. Dive underneath the water. Go inside the cave. You will find a braille sign. In front of that sign, make a Pokemon use dig. There will be an earthquake. This will unlock the Regi doors. They are on the routes left of Dewford, in the desert, and south of Fortree. Inside these caves, you will find the Regis. This is where to find all of the legit legendary Pokemon in Emerald.
