I have never heard of a "Pond Rocket Goldfish" and I can find no listing for such an animal in any fish reference book. That fact suggests to me that someone has made up name for a fish they didn't know how to identify. If the fish is a basic goldfish shape and has a tail that is very long (about half to one body length) it is probably a "Comet"
