It's size, wealth and natural resources, climate, wildlife, location, way of life, freedom enjoyed by it's citizens, Permanent Fund Dividend, various native cultures, Mt. McKinley, Glaciers, Volcanoes, variety of climates, hours of daylight / darkness, size of vegetables grown here, people living subsitence lifestyles, Northern Lights, sports and Hot springs all make Alaska unique. Another really unique thing about Alaska is that it contains the Northernmost, Easternmost, and Westernmost points in the U.S. There are too many things to name them all.
