Not all sharks swim fast.
The Greenland shark, the Pacific sleeper shark, even the Whale shark are slow swimmers.
On the other side of the scale, the Shortfin Mako shark is the fastest swimmer of all sharks.
Some scientists even suggest that the Shortfin Mako can swim up to 100 km/h, although 50 km/h, with bursts of up to 74 Km/h were recorded, and accepted by marine biologists, for this Mako species.
The reasons for high speed swimming capability of some sharks are many.
The highly hydrodynamic body shape, the temperature of the waters, the feeding habits (to attack and eat fast preys, as well as to escape fast predators), the water pressure of deep-sea habitats, among many other reasons, all determine the swimming speed a shark can achieve.
Waiting for a more exaustive answer to your question, from someone who knows a lot more about sharks that I do, here is my contribution.
Post script:
I almost forgot to mention the very particular texture of shark's skin, which has been used for industrial design of fast vehicules (fighter airplanes, speed record racing cars, and many other applications.)
yes because they have gills and a tail and also fins
the shark has fins and gills so it can move faster because a shark fin is very strong so can push water out of the way quickere than a tiger.
In a streamlined shape
Blue sharks
They move their tails up and down so fast that it makes swim fast.
Their tail is really fast but with human arms it makes it go speed boost
You can play Black Shark or Marco Polo. Black Shark is the best because you have to swim fast to win so it is good exercise too.
Dolphin swim fast so they can catch there prey
the thing that makes a sail fish fast is its sail and body shape
The way the shark is built allows them to swim so deep into the oceans. The form their body takes makes them the perfect specimen for ocean life. The shark can swim as much as 6000 feet below the sea level.
Yes if your being attacked (this goes for ALL sharks) punch them in the nose/snout as HARD as you can, this puts in shock so you can swim away put it will soon get out of the shock so swim to land or your boat FAST.
he can swim just as fast as any other penguin so not very fast then
Well you can consider that they swim fast their ill tempered so when made they swim faster.
yes
the basking shark feeds on plankton which lives in the water so all it has to do is swim around
Harp seals need to be able to swim fast so that they can escape predators as well as to catch fish to eat.
