tHERE COULD BE THREE THINGS 1) SIMPLY A BAD RELEIF VALVE

REPLACEMENT WILL SOLVE THIS. 2) IF IT A GAS HEATER IT MAY NEED AN

EXPANSION TANK TO RELEIVE THE EXPANSION CAUSED BY THE QUICK

RECOVERY OR HEAT UP OF THE WATER 3) TOO MUCH WATER PRESURE INCOMING

TO THE TANK
