Depends on your height, size, weight, etc. A fat person will cool down at a different speed, a slower speed, than a thin person, who would cool down faster than a muscly person, who, in spite of this, would cool down faster than a fat person.

No because of conservation of mass. But it may seem that way when you boil water because some will evaporate and turn into steam. If you isolate a system where you can weigh the steam with the hot water you will see that they are the same weight that you started with.

The body absorbs warm fluids faster because it does not have to adjust the temperature of the liquid before it can be absorbed at the cellular level.
