If the computer and the security system is not communicating correctly the security light will come on in a 1999 Chevy Suburban. Starting the car with a spare key may offer a quick fix.
You are hearing the electric fuel pump in the tank, That is common on a chevy.
It sure did, That is the law on all makes and models.
With Air Conditioning or without? It makes a difference.
The parking brake makes this light come on when it is set, Also the regular hydrolic brakes turn it on when they need maintenance. Could just be low on fluid, But If so then it is likely that the brakes are worn down as well.
My 2003 Chevy Suburban does the same thing! It makes a vibrating sound on the passenger side every time I accelerate. The only difference is that this vibrating noise occurs between 10-35 mph. Unfortunately, I do not have a solution. I am going to take the Suburban in later this week to have it inspected. Hopefully, I will have an actual answer for you then!
losen the distribiter have the eltronc advance un pluged normal locater on leaft side by fire wall a singel wire look 4 your makes with a timing light
The brake light switch is either defective or out of adjustment if applicable.
If it's a 4-wheel drive then it could be the axel joint / CV joint. It could also be the brake pads.
The polar opposite of a light detector. They are in fact the same thing, but one makes a circuit when light is detected, while the other makes a circuit when light is not detected. Security cameras will use a light detector to switch between night vision mode to normal mode. Light security systems also employ darkness detectors.
A way to tell is by the sound the motor makes. If it is winding slowly with no force it could be going out. If it skips or whines without action it is out.
It depends on its location. In the city it is urban. Suburban means suburban schools and rural means rural schools.
You did not say what year it was, and that makes a difference. But you can check these things--- U-joints in front drive shaft, Front CV joints and axel shafts.
