If the eyes are yellow (I'm assuming the whites of the eyes have gone yellow) then there could have be a problem with the liver. Yellowing of the eyes, and the skin in severe cases, occurs when you have jaundice, hepatitis or if your common bile duct is being obstructed in some way - by gall stones or even a growth, which may or may not be cancerous.
However the only match for both yellow and bloodshot eyes is yellow fever, according to http://wrongdiagnosis.com/y/yellow_fever/intro.htm#excerpts.
Yellow fever is an acute infectious disease primarily of the tropics, caused by a virus
and transmitted to man by mosquitoes of the genera Aedes and
Haemagogus.
Of course, a raging alcoholic may have extreme liver damage which would cause yellowing of the eyes, and the eyes would be bloodshot too.
My eye colour is light brown, i could change it to black. What you need to do is rub your hands together until it gets warm then cover your eyes with your hands and keep your eyes shut and leave your hands on your eyes for one minute and then your eye will turn black.
The most common cause of red eyes is dry eyes. This is usually accompanied by a sensation of burning. If so, the first line of treatment is over-the-counter artificial tears. (stay away from any redness relievers ie-Visine as it make the problem worse over time) Certain illegall narcotic drugs can also cause ocular redness.
If it is actual blood on the eye, this can be caused by a ruptured blood vessel and is usually from lifting something very heavy, coughing, or sneezing. This condition is called a subconjunctival hemorrhage and will resolve on its own within 2-4 weeks.
A comprehensive medical eye exam is always the best way to determine the actual cause and best form of treatment.

You may have a eye infection or bloodshot eyes.
Bloodshot eyes, There are several causes for bloodshot eyes including alergy- so avoid eye makeup and skin products. Avoid alchol, could you be alergic to a pet? Cats can often cause this reaction. There are several over-the-counter products you can buy today that can help clear up red, tired eyes. You can use some of these products every now and then to help clear up bloodshot eyes. But, if you use them too much, you can get a condition called, "Rebound Hyperemia." Eye drops that contain the chemicals tetrahydrozaline or naphazoline are the culprits. These chemicals work by constricting the blood vessels in your eyes. This reduction helps eliminate the redness. However, use drops that contain these chemicals too often and your eyes will be more bloodshot than they already were! Why? Because your eye muscles will weaken because of the constant constriction. To help relieve a mild case of bloodshot eyes, use this homemade treatment: close your eyes and splash cold water several times onto your eyelids. The cold water will help the blood vessels to constrict. The water will also help cool and lubricate your eyes. Hope you cure them!

An eye in which the small blood vessels are dilated, giving the white of it a red appearance.
Yes. There is a medication in visine (and most other over the counter eye drops) that will constrict the vessels on the surface of the eye, decreasing the appearance of bloodshot eyes.
When its eyes are bloodshot and his eye lids are droopy?
no, it would not cause your eyes to be bloodshot. Bloodshot eyes come from inflammation of the conjunctiva (the mucus membranes over your eyes/eyelids). Thinning of the blood could not cause conjunctivitis (bloodshot eyes) unless you have an allergy to that medication that could cause bloodshot eyes (which I would think would be almost impossible).
