Ice Cream is a good idea! But also, do some exercise...It releases indorfins in your body which make you feel happier. Friends or partners can really cheer you up aswell..or watching that film that never gets old..or looking at old photos:)

If individuals feel they should be happy 100% of the time it's an immature outlook on life and they are not facing reality. For some individuals finding out what they want to do as far as employment can make them happy; getting married and having a family; meeting someone they truly love and loves them back, etc.
