What means and the source of kashvin family name?
The name may derive from the Iranian city of Kashvin (or Qashvin, the more common transliteration, W and N from Tehran. In Iran the adjectival form (add an "i" to the end, pronounced "ee.") is a surname meaning "from Kashvin." Well into the twentieth century, there were a few Jewish families there who might have adopted "Kashvin" as a surname, so that, say, "Kashvin Sam" could be distinguished from the "Sam" from somewhere else.
