You should probably see a doctor - It could be yeast infection.
I have itchiness down there, i suggest you rinse it with water daily, maybe put cream on it...LEAVE IT ALONE (which is what I've failed to do...)

∙ 14y agoFor the safety of the questioner, and for others who read the answer to this question, I cannot reccommend a specific remedy to your situation. For one thing, there are many illness' and STD's that involve itching in the genital area for females. My best advice is for anyone who is having a problem around the reproductive areas should see their doctor immediatly. If it is something serious, it could lead to infertility or worse, if not treated.

∙ 13y agoWell,if the itch is on the outer part and or in the crease between leg and genitals I was told any jock itch medicine will do lotrimen jock itch spray I am told is the best and sold at almost all stores.
