Lots of things! Fuel pressure, good spark, timing, immo.....etc, etc. first run a diagnostic with a good scanner. That should give a darn good indication of the prob. If no scanner, check for the availability of good fuel pressure and/or good spark. If they are okay see a reputable garage!!
