Should you ask a pretty girl in your math class out on a study date if it might affect your grade?
Well, if you ask her out just to study, then you might both do better in class... if you focus on studying. Maybe that will help both of you know whether you want to take the relationship further later. If you think it will interfere with your grade, then don't ask her out on a non-study date until the end of class. In general though, finding out whether you and she hit it off might be more important than the grade. You can take the class over again, but you might not have a chance with her again. I would make the girl the priority, but hopefully both of you can get a good grade AND find out if you like each other.
