Deep pain in the area with turning your head? probable muscle pain.
Any trauma? possible muscle strain.

∙ 18y agoenlarged lymph nodes can cause this pain everyone has lymph nodes on both sides of the neck there could be several reasons why they may become enlarged, see your nearest doctor to confirm.
