5.4 L ( 330 cubic inch ) SOHC - V8
5.8 L ( 351 cubic inch ) OHV - V8
7.5 L ( 460 cubic inch ) OHV - V8
7.3 L (446 cubic inch ) DIESEL - V8
The F250 was available with the 5.4. If yours was a 5.4 it's a direct drop in. If not, then yes....it will fit but you may need to change motor/frame mount brackets, computer and wiring, etc.
