There are no current models that use the 94/95 ink cartridges. Generally, a particular ink cartridge is only used for a year or so at a time for new models. The 94/95 cartridges are ~5-6 years old.

∙ 10y agoThere are many HP printers that can use the HP74 cartridge. It fits the Deskjet and the Photosmart 4200 series and 4300 series. It also fits all the HP Photosmart all-in-one series that start with a 4 or 5.

Okay, check it out: An HP number 21 inkjet cartridge lists for $18.37. It contains 20ml of ink, making the ink cost 92 cents per millilitre. But aha! you think...that also includes the ink tank and the printhead. Let's say they get a deal on these and pay $5 each. This brings our cost per ML down to 67 cents. If you had to buy a whole litre of this ink at list price it would cost you $670.I have two Mutoh Toucan LT printers. These are wide-format printers that use "eco-solvent" ink (it works by dissolving the top layer of the vinyl you print on; when the solvent evaporates and the vinyl hardens, the image is in the material, not on it). It comes in 220ml cartridges which cost between $45 and $65 per cartridge. Let's use the $65 cartridge for our example. That's 30 cents per ml, or $300 per litre. The Mutoh Toucan LT costs $30,000 to buy, or did when they still made it.If you want to save even more money on ink, try Vutek. Their ink comes in four-litre jugs that cost $320--$80 per litre. You do NOT want a Vutek printer!
