It sounds like you're going to need to track down an electrical problem. It could be the turn signal switch that is inside the steering column, but if it is get someone to look at it who is trained to remove your air-bag. It could be as simple as a fuse, or as difficult as replacing the switch (which is a real pain)
my turn signals do not work in my 1992 Pontiac Firebird
One basic internal signal that triggers Cell division is 'the size of the Cell'. External signals that do this exist...

Auto parts stores sell the Haynes type of automotive repair manuals. They usually have circuit diagrams in the back of the manual. The Transport can have turn signal issues that are caused by corrosion in the rear taillight assemblies and poor grounding. Bad grounding can also cause dashboard lights to come on incorrectly when turn signals are operated.

SIGTRAN (for Signaling Transport) is the standard Telephony protocol used to transport Signaling System 7 (SS7) signals over the Internet. SS7 signals consist of special commands for handling a telephone call.
Membrane proteins relay signals between the cell's internal and external environments. They transport proteins and move molecules and ions across the membrane. They have many activities such as oxidoreductase, hydrolase or transferase.
Whenever you are turning or changing lanes.
The PA Motor Vehicle Code, § 3334. Turning movements and required signals- says that you will use your turn signals or hand signals when you are turning or changing lanes.
It sends signals between the cells external and internal environment.
Proteins can catalyze reactions, transport substances, destroy pathogens, and transmit signals.
If the turn signals in the dash don't work, what about the outside front and rear turn signals? Working? Not working? If it's not working, replace the turn signal relay under the dash.
