If you consider Der Ring des

Nibelungen

as one Opera performed over four nights, as you should, then the two and a half hours of Das

Rheinegold

probably is it as that entire night is typically considered to be just the overture by many.
Obviously, that is not what normally is regarded as an overture. One of the longest overtures in the proper sense is the one in Hungarian composer

Ferenc

Erkel's

opera Hunyadi

Laszló

from 1844. That overture is about 12½ minutes long.
