Sweat--be sure to keep yourself hydrated if you're exposed to a hot environment. Once your body is unable to sweat [as a result of dehydration], you can succumb to heat stroke, a potentially fatal condition if left untreated.

If you are hot you begin to perspire (aka sweat), this works through evaporative cooling (the same thing that makes you feel cold when you step out of the shower, the evaporating water draws heat away from your body).
