Can you be more specific about what are you trying to do and on what device?

There are two methods to move around in your document,

If you are using a mouse, you can move around each page of a document by scrolling up and down using the "Scrolling wheel" on mouse.

If you are using a keyboard, you can move around using the "Page Up and Page Down" arrow keys on your keyboard.

Which wires can you get power from on a Dell computer?

The only two ways to get power to your computer is through a power adapter from an electrical outlet, and through your computer's battery. You can use power from your computer on almost any output. USB's are the most common providing around 5V of electricity. Other ports have power running through them along with data. You would have to isolate these pins to get any sort of useful power from them.
