The recent Tearfund survey showed that one in ten Britons attend church weekly. An ICM survey says that 43 per cent of Britons never go to Church.
In a 2004 YouGov poll, 44 per cent of United Kingdom citizens said they believe in God.
I do not know any exact number but I believe that if every person that claims to be a Christian went to church, we would have to build a lot more churches. A lot of people that say that they are Christians are what I call Creasters. You only see them on Christmas and Easter.
The answer is continually changing. Cara, which is a research/data gatherer for Georgetown university has reported as of 2000 that 22% of self-identified Catholics attended Mass on a weekly basis. The number was 23% in 2005, and 24% in 2013. This is problematic as a Catholic, by definition, is a person who has been baptized or converted to the Catholic Church and follows its teachings. One of those teachings is that to miss Mass on a Sunday or Holy Day of Obligation is a mortal sin and self-condemns you to hell for eternity if unrepented in confession before death. Thus the percentage of American Catholics who attend Mass on Sunday should be 100% which the 24% reflecting those who were attached to the Church at one time but are no longer practicing Catholics.
A large majority of Americans (78%) say they believe in God and 15% say they don't believe in God, but do believe in a higher power, according to a July 2008 Gallup poll.

Sadly the number has dwindled . The reason are many, to much work, and enjoyment have taken over.

This depends on the church you attend. Each church within the Lutheran denomination decides for itself when communion is given. Some churches give it every week, or every other week, or only once a month.
The phrase "every week" is an adverb phrase, as would be the single word "weekly."
They spend about $1000000.00 every week
No Canada is not a very religious country. did you know that 43% of Americans go to church at least once a week, and only 20% of Canadians go to church at lest once a week?

The Church of England has an electoral roll membership of 1.2 million and an average of about 1 million British citizens attend Anglican services per week. There are over 16,000 Anglican churches and places of worship in England. There are about 78,000 Anglicans in Wales
Less than 4 percent of the Church of Sweden membership attends public worship during an average week; about 2 percent are regular attenders.
The answer is Secularism. :)
There are a ton of Americans that go to see movies each week. There are millions of Americans who do this.
No. It would be better to say: every week on Friday the Friday of every week the week beginning every Friday
You don't have to go to church to worship God. Going to church doesn't make you a christian. You can sit in a garage all day but it won't make you a car. And it isn't how you act every Sunday at church; it's how you act every other day of the week. I haven't gone to church in a few years to be honest, but that doesn't mean I don't pray to God. So to answer your question, you don't have to go to church to worship God. Hope I helped. Have a great week!
