According to Scruton sexual morality must be based on the permanent features of human nature not the conditions of any particular person's life What permanent features does he mean?
permanent features, meaning our quality of our life, our standards of being inherently proper and moral. permanent features of human nature would be our spirit, morals and dignity they way it should be. 'not the conditions of any particular person's life' means just not what one person wants at any given moment. that's a great question!
