It doesn't have an official name, but loving cheese is Tyrosemiophilia, so I'd assume the fear of cheese is Tyrosemiophobia.
From the Greek "turos" (for cheese) and "phobia" (for fear) it is a fear of cheese. It is usually associated with some traumatic incident in the person's life that involved cheese in some way.
Turophobia is the fear of cheese. Lactose intolerant people are more likely to be afraid of cheese. A negative childhood experience is typically the reason for phobias such as this. The person may have suffered a sickness after consuming cheese and therefore associate being sick with eating cheese. They may not like the taste, texture, smell or look of cheese and this dislike develops into a phobia.
The irrational fear is called a phobia; the experience or object that triggers a phobia could be called a phobic experience or object.
