You would seem to weigh less on Mars or on Venus than you do here on Earth, although the environment of Venus would be intolerable because of the high temperature and extreme pressures. On Mercury you would weigh much less, but the heat there is intense.

Would overweight people be weightless in space?

In space, away from the gravitational influence of heavenly bodies, an overweight person would be 'weightless' meaning they would float as much as anyone else since there is no gravitational pull on their body. They would still have a greater mass than a person of lesser earth-weight. Everything weighs less on other planets. On some planets you would weigh more. For example: it you went to the earth's moon and you weighed 100 pounds then you would weigh 17 pounds on the moon! but, if you could go on the sun without dying, and if you weighed 100 pounds you would weigh 2,800lbs.

On which planet would a person weigh the most?

A person would weigh the most on Jupiter, since Jupiter has the strongest gravitational pull. If it were possible to stand on Jupiter's liquid core, or swim in its liquid core, we could say that a person would weigh the most on Jupiter. However, since Jupiter is actually a gas planet, there technically is no "on Jupiter". Earth is the most massive terrestrial planet in the solar system, so a person would weigh more on Earth than "on" any other planet. In other stellar systems you would weigh more on Brown Dwarfs circling stellar companions. Despite their categorization, Brown Dwarfs do not have hydrogen fusion reactions inside their core, making them closer in resemblance to gas giant planets.
