what itachi gives naruto is uchiha shisui 's eye. shishui 's eye is very powerfull and it can control a person without him knowing he is being controlled. he was a gifted uchiha.danzo has his right eye and naruto his left. itachi puts acrow inside naruto,that crow has the sharingan of shisui. that crow will come out if someone activate amaterasu or tskuyomi which itachi feels will save naruto from sasuke's sharingan 's power. That power is called koto amatsukami.
